Return Policy:
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.
Once we have been notified, item(s) must be received 15 days from date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs).
All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and sent via EMS or certified Egyptian mail to our Postal Address.
